PodStream respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your content has been used illegally through our service, you can send a removal request.

All DMCA complaints must be sent to the specified email. Complaints sent by other means may be processed with a delay.
How to File a DMCA Complaint

The statement must contain:
- Description of the copyrighted work — specify exactly which content is your intellectual property.
- Link to the infringing material — the exact link to the RSS feed or page on our site.
- Proof that you are the copyright holder — documents confirming your rights (optional but recommended).
- Your contact details — name, email, phone (if available).
- Confirmatory wording:
"I have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law." - Liability statement:
"I confirm that the information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I declare that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner." - Electronic or physical signature of the copyright holder.
Complaint Review Procedure
⏱️ Review Times
After receiving a full and correctly filed complaint, we will review it within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday).
Processing steps:
- Receipt of complaint → automatic confirmation of receipt
- Verification of information completeness (24 hours)
- Temporary blocking of disputed content (upon justified complaint)
- Notification of the user who posted the content
- Final decision (removal or restoration)
If the complaint is confirmed, we will:
- Immediately remove the RSS feed or link
- Notify the user of the reason for removal
- Block re-posting of this content
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice.
The counter-notice must contain:
- Your contact details — name, email, phone
- Description of the removed content — what exactly was removed and where it was located
- Justification for the legality of use:
- You are the copyright holder
- You have a license to use
- The content is in the public domain
- The use falls under "fair use"
- Proof: documents, licenses, screenshots, links
- Statement:
"I have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification." - Consent to jurisdiction:
"I consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which my address is located." - Electronic or physical signature.

⚠️ Important
After receiving a correctly filed counter-notice, we will forward it to the copyright holder. If the copyright holder does not file a lawsuit within 10-14 business days, the content will be restored.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate services to users who repeatedly infringe copyrights:
- 1st infringement: Warning + content removal
- 2nd infringement: Temporary account block (7 days)
- 3rd infringement: Permanent account block
False Complaints

Technical Information
It is important to understand:
- PodStream does NOT host video or audio files
- We only create an RSS structure based on public links
- Content is stored on source platform servers (YouTube, VK, RuTube)
- Removing RSS from PodStream does not remove original content from the source
