User Agreement

Welcome to PodStream ("Service"). By using the PodStream website or Telegram bot, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service Does

PodStream does not store, distribute, broadcast, or download video content. The service automatically converts public links provided by the user into RSS format.

2. User Responsibility

By using the service, the user confirms and guarantees that:

• Provides only legal links to public content that does not violate third-party rights;
• Has all necessary rights to use the content to which the provided links lead, or the content is in the public domain;
• Does not violate copyrights, related rights, and other intellectual property rights when using the service;
• Uses the service exclusively at their own risk and bears full responsibility for any consequences;
• Understands that PodStream is not associated with YouTube, VK, RuTube, Apple, Google, or other platforms and is an independent technical tool;
• Agrees to comply with the terms of use of the source platforms (YouTube Terms of Service, VK Terms, RuTube Terms);
• Exempts the service owner from any liability for third-party claims related to the use of content by the user.

Any material that violates copyrights or other legislative norms can be removed without prior notice.

3. Limitation of Liability

PodStream is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

The owner DOES NOT GUARANTEE and IS NOT LIABLE for:

• Uninterrupted service operation — the service may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons;
• Compatibility with podcast clients — it is not guaranteed that the RSS will be accepted by the chosen app;
• Content content — the owner is not responsible for the content to which the links provided by the user lead;
• Copyright infringement by users — all responsibility lies with the user who posted the link;
• Actions of third parties — including YouTube, VK, RuTube, and other source platforms;
• Loss of data or access — RSS feeds can be deleted at any time;
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service;
• Legal consequences of using the service by the user — the user independently bears all responsibility before the law.

By using the service, you agree that the owner of PodStream cannot be held liable for your actions.

4. Prohibited

• sending private, deleted, or illegal links;
• using the service to bypass paid subscriptions;
• abusing automation (spam, mass requests);
• posting content that violates copyrights;
• uploading malicious links or phishing;
• impersonating another user or organization.

5. Sanctions for Violations

In case of violation of the terms of use, we reserve the right to apply the following sanctions:

• Spam / abuse: warning → temporary block → permanent block
• Malicious links: immediate permanent block + data transfer to law enforcement
• Bypass of block: permanent block of all associated accounts

6. Appeal Procedure

If you believe your account was blocked by mistake, you can file an appeal:

• Send an email to info@podstream.ru with the subject "Appeal - [your Telegram ID]"
• Describe the situation and attach proof of your innocence
• Indicate your Telegram ID and approximate date of blocking
• We will consider the appeal within 3-5 business days

7. Rate Limiting

To prevent abuse and ensure stable service operation, the following limits apply:

• No more than 50 RSS creation requests per day from one account
• No more than 10 requests per minute
• Automatic scripts and bots can be blocked

If limits are exceeded, access may be temporarily restricted.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update the terms without prior notice. The current version is always available on the site. By continuing to use the service after changes, you agree to the new terms.
